Luke is a senior instructional designer at naviHealth where he designs, and develops classroom, virtual, video, and e-learning experiences for corporate, clinical, IT, external client, and product audiences. He has worked in a variety of sectors including higher education, non-profit, and corporate with backgrounds in educational conference planning and execution, assessment, competency model development, e-learning and LMS management, learning experience design, and group facilitation. Luke has a masters in Educational Leadership, and has a passion for discovering innovative ways to solve business needs with Storyline.
Sandi Edwards, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is a Senior Manager of People and Culture for Simplify Compliance in Brentwood, TN. She oversees the talent acquisition and management process for the company including learning and organizational development and internal communications. Prior to working in the publishing industry, Sandi spent 25 years as a human resources professional in the retail sector with Chico’s, FAS and Service Merchandise Company. In her volunteer life, Sandi served two terms as National President for Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity, a women’s organization of more than 175,000 initiated members.

He has worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, and healthcare and has 20 years of experience as a subject matter expert in managing the entire life cycle of training including the design, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise learning projects and initiatives.

Kali earned her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently the Organizational Development and Strategic Initiative Manager for the Tennessee Small Business Development Center. Kali manages internal initiatives including strategic planning, training and development, and organizational development. She also consults with businesses in human resource related areas. In her spare time, she volunteers at a therapeutic riding facility helping kids with disabilities ride horses.
Kaylie Blaise is an innovative, HR professional with a strategic focus in performance and project management. With 10 years of HR experience, she has proven success in developing collaborative, company cultures and implementing change to achieve organizational goals. Kaylie possesses experience in several aspects of human resources including: recruitment, employee engagement, incentives, benefits and payroll. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from MTSU, as well as advanced HR certifications.
Chandler is an Instructional Designer at Aspire Healthcare. He is a Nashville native who studied Recording Industry at Middle Tennessee State University and Technology Integration in Education (M.Ed) at Lipscomb University.Prior to becoming an Instructional Designer, he traveled the country as a musician and taught English and Special Education at the most diverse school in Tennessee.Creating interactive and multi-media rich e-learning is Chandler’s passion. He loves leveraging emerging technologies with learning theory to construct immersive educational environments.
Antonio Q. Meeks currently serves as Talent Management Administrator of the Strategic Learning Solutions division within the Department of Human Resources. He collaborates with executives and senior leaders within the State of Tennessee to execute 10 Practices of Talent Management that encompasses Career Planning, Competency Management, High Potential Employee Development, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Recruitment, Professional Development and Retention to meet the talent needs of over 43,000 employees.
DeAnne (Dee) is an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at Middle Tennessee State University. She has a PhD in Communication (UW Milwaukee) and a MS in Human Resources Training & Development. Her research includes interpersonal and group conflict in families and organizations. Priddis has over 15 years of corporate and nonprofit professional experience primarily in human resources and training prior to her career in academics. She specialized in onboarding programs and safety training. She is also a Tennessee Supreme Court (TSC) Rule 31 Mediator.
Director - Website and Virtual Engagement
Amanda received a BA in Foreign Languages from The University of Memphis in 2007. The language concentrations were Latin and Italian. In 2011 she received an MAT in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership with a concentration in Secondary Education also from The University of Memphis. She taught High School Latin for two years. Amanda then worked in Information Technology for two years. After that, she joined the Learning and Development team of a local Nashville business to become an Instructional Designer. Currently Amanda works in the IT field. Amanda is very interested in technology of all types, languages and linguistics, and kitty cats.
