Working With/Leading Teams in Transition
Chapter Meeting

Theme: Leadership

Format: Chapter Meeting

Due to the current climate with the coronavirus, this meeting has been postponed until further notice.  Thank you for your understanding.

Change is inevitable. Whether they are small process changes or significant organizational changes, it’s important to be mentally and emotionally prepared for expected and unexpected changes. As a current or aspiring people leader, what would you do if you found out you and your team would be reporting to a different business unit? And what if you also found out that part of your team would not be transitioning over with you? How would you balance the needs of your team, your stakeholders, the business, and your personal needs? How could you reframe the challenges associated with such a transition into opportunity and growth?

This interactive program will feature a variety of anecdotes, tactics, and lessons learned from a number of large-scale team transitions and will focus on three main areas – taking care of your team, taking care of your stakeholders, and taking care of yourself.

Join us for an evening of stories and discussion around how to lead your current or future teams through difficult transitions and how to reframe the issue at hand from a challenge into an opportunity.
