Description of the Program: 

This session will focus on the training delivery area of the ASTD Competency Model.


I will cover a series of tips and techniques for engaging with your audience and determining their "buy-in", or willingness to follow through with the program you are presenting.

Dew Tinnin's Bio: 

As a speaker, it is my mission to inspire, motivate, and educate trainers, sales professionals and small business owners looking to take their businesses to the next level. I was three years old the first time I stepped on the stage to sing in front of our church congregation. I never left the stage again. I began speaking seriously in college: as an ambassador for the City of Minneapolis, I traveled nationwide speaking to tens of thousands of people at over 500 events.

I have spent my entire career in training and coaching. I have over 3,000 hours of classroom training experience and have coached over 200 business professionals.
