ATD Nashville’s Virtual Forums are interactive, peer-driven discussions designed to connect talent development professionals around timely topics, shared challenges, and practical solutions. Each session features facilitated small-group conversations where participants exchange ideas, experiences, tools, and strategies with others in the ATD Nashville community.
One of the biggest challenges in Learning & Development is demonstrating the impact of learning initiatives beyond attendance and completion rates. How are organizations connecting learning to business outcomes? What metrics matter most to stakeholders and leaders? How do you measure behavior change, performance improvement, or ROI in a meaningful way?
Join us for a collaborative discussion as we explore how organizations are evaluating learning effectiveness, communicating value to leadership, and balancing data with real-world impact.
