Career Transition SIG
Virtual Office Hours

Office Hours are a dedicated, monthly informal space designed to support you as you move through your career transition journey alongside the Career Transition SIG. Think of these sessions as your time to get personalized guidance, ask questions, and make meaningful progress—with the support of both Magda and Rebecca and peers in the Learning & Development space.

During Office Hours, you can:

  • Get targeted feedback on your career portfolio materials (resume, LinkedIn, work samples)
  • Ask real-time questions about job searching, career direction, or challenges you’re facing
  • Receive coaching and guidance on applying session concepts (e.g., storytelling, interviewing, AI tools)
  • Work through roadblocks or uncertainty in a supportive, low-pressure environment
  • Build deeper connections with others navigating similar transitions
  • Practice your interviewing skills or strategic introduction

These sessions are intentionally flexible—drop in as needed, bring what you’re working on, or simply listen and learn from others. Whether you’re refining a deliverable, preparing for an interview, or just need a confidence boost, Office Hours are here to help you keep moving forward.

This is where ideas turn into action—and where you don’t have to figure it out alone.
