Whether you're just getting started or are deep into your APTD journey, this 12-week study group offers structured preparation through engaging discussions and peer-to-peer learning—all in a virtual format accessible to professionals around the globe.

• ATD Nashville membership is not required, but ATD Nashville chapter members receive discounted pricing.

About the Facilitators:

Shelly Reed, CPTD is ATD Nashville’s President and has been CPTD certified since 2024. She is excited to share her love of data and analytics and recent certification journey.

Josh Jeffries, CPTD is ATD Nashville's Past President and has been CPTD certified since 2017, and co-led the ATD Nashville APTD Study Group with Shelly the past two years. He is excited to share his insights and experiences from the talent development space.
