The Bright Spots of 2025: A Reflective Year-End Gathering for OD Practitioners
Join us for the final ATD Nashville OD SIG session of the year as we close out 2025 with a warm, reflective gathering inspired by Appreciative Inquiry.
Together, we’ll look back on the moments that brought energy, meaning, or connection to our work this year and explore what those “bright spots” reveal about our strengths as practitioners.
We’ll also take a gentle step forward by considering what we want to carry with us into 2026 — the values, practices, or ways of working that help us show up at our best. This session is designed to be uplifting, grounding, and supportive, offering space to reconnect with purpose and celebrate the close of the year.
Bring a warm drink, settle into a cozy space, and join us for a restorative and encouraging end to the OD SIG season.
Organizational Development (OD) is the study and implementation of organizational change processes. Join two leaders in the OD field for this Special Interest Group (SIG) discussion on OD related topics. Each bi-monthly meeting will have a specialized topic for discussion, workshop, or guest speaker.
