Based on Patrick Lencioni’s groundbreaking new model, Working Genius, discover how to ensure people are doing work they love, identify sources of frustration for yourself and others, increase the productivity of your teams, and improve overall morale.
In this session you will:
- Discover the 6 Types of Working Genius.
- Understand your own gifts and frustrations.
- Examine sources of frustration for yourself and others.
- Apply these insights to improve hiring, retention, and morale.
- Recognize how to use our geniuses and frustrations to increase team productivity and cohesion.

Mark Kenny

Mark Kenny works with leaders to build highly functional and aligned teams and organizations that thrive together through change and disruption.
Mark brings three decades of experience, first in IT and operations, followed by founding and running a software company, and later in keynote speaking and consulting. Mark’s clients span multiple industries including public sector, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, financial services, and retail and include organizations such as Nissan, Mars, State of Tennessee, Ohio State University, HCA, Vanderbilt, and the US Army.
Mark is the author of The Hippo Solution: Eliminate Territorial Thinking and Unleash the Power of Teams, the host of the Becoming Unassailable podcast, and a part-time basketball coach.
