Personality is where we start, but Character determines who we become.
During this interactive workshop, we will discuss the difference in personality and character. We will identify which of the Character patterns most resonate with you and how this affects you under stress. Each participant has the opportunity to leave with a personal action plan focused on self-awareness, self-knowledge, and self-regulation to strengthen their own character-based leadership. Learning Objectives:
- You will learn the difference between character and personality and why character matters
- Introduction to four (4) Character based personas and identify which is your natural style
- Understand how to identify the character trait clues in others that you interact with every day
- Identify an action plan to improve your leadership awareness and how you are showing up

About the Facilitator:
Lei Comerford
Lei partners with individuals, teams, and organizations amplifying and elevating their communication skills, relationships, and leadership effectiveness.
Lei is a highly effective Leadership & Executive Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, and Learning & Development Consultant with over 20 years of strategic and operational experience in healthcare as well as over 5 years in hospitality. She has held many internal leadership roles in corporate settings and is the founder of her own consulting firm.
Lei is a master facilitator certified in a variety of assessment tools, holds the ACC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Positive Intelligence Certified Coach (CPQC), and is a Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer.
She is known for being a thought partner and has a passion for helping leaders reach beyond their goals through increased self-awareness with an objective to empower effectiveness and engagement with each client!
Lei currently volunteers with the Nashville ATD Chapter as a Board Member, serves as a Mentor with Vanderbilt University’s Women In Business (WiB), and she gives back via coaching services through the Humanitarian Coaches Network. She resides in the Nashville, TN area.
