Lean Learning

Traditionally (for the past century or so) the lean methodology of continuous improvement has been applied to the world of manufacturing. Recently, though, it has seen a boom in popularity (and success) in business, healthcare, and technology. Why not use it in instructional design and e-learning?

Aaron Shaull, a Learning Consultant at The Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) has been helping to spearhead Lean process improvement education at VUMC and will discuss ways you can identify and reduce waste in your training development and delivery.
