ATD Nashville’s virtual forums are semi-structured sessions for members to discuss current challenges and serve each other by sharing practical ideas, tools, sources, and solutions.

This month’s topic is based on the premise that organizational and behavioral change can only happen when learning occurs. As such, the focus of June’s forum is a discussion and discovery of learning approaches that are going to produce the desired change in our organizations.

Our initial discussion questions may include:

1. What learning related literature (journal articles, research, etc.) are you aware of?
2. What models or theories could better inform our practice in this area?
3. What are practical actions we could take to leverage the literature and models in our organizations?
